Hi, I’m Cornelia

I’m a certified NASM fitness coach and nutritionist in LA and I love helping women find a healthier lifestyle and mindset around working out. Everyone's body is different, and everyone's journey is different, but I train people to love their bodies where they are while working toward their goals.  I want to make working out fun for you and I'm always going to push you in an encouraging way. We lift weights to get strong, physically and mentally! I'm all about improving your mood, your confidence, and your quality of life.

PRIVATE TRAINING:

Each private training session with me is 1 hour and includes a 10-minute warm-up and a 5-minute cool-down. Mobility and flexibility are crucial for injury prevention and range of motion, so I build them into every workout. We meet virtually or at my home gym in Culver City!
